Title - DCLR Product Owner / Delivery Lead
Location: Remote
Own the DCLR product backlog and coordinate delivery across ServiceNow, dcTrack, infrastructure teams, enterprise process owners, and supporting vendors.

Maintain the roadmap, backlog, milestones, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
Translate approved capabilities into prioritized epics, features, and stories.
Coordinate cross-team decisions and ensure unresolved requirements do not enter development.
Provide clear program status, escalation visibility, and delivery forecasting.
Ensure completed work meets acceptance criteria and intended business outcomes.
Identify when SME participation is required based on upcoming design and development work.
Coordinate SME workshops, decisions, reviews, and validation.
Ensure questions and required decisions are prepared before engaging SMEs.
Document decisions, dependencies, owners, and unresolved issues.
Incorporate SME decisions into the DCLR backlog and delivery plan.
Coordinate cross-functional decisions when a requirement impacts multiple teams.
Escalate unresolved dependencies that place delivery milestones at risk.
Ensure SMEs are engaged for UAT and business validation when their processes are affected.
