Position :: Product Owner

Rate :: $55/hr on C2C

Job Description:

8 12+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership

Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

Proven ability to work onsite with enterprise clients and engineering teams

Hands-on experience with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Miro etc.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

PRODUCT STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP

Collaborate with client executive leadership to define and refine product vision, roadmap, and value realization strategy

Translate business objectives into clear product goals, OKRs, and prioritized initiatives

Provide thought leadership on product operating models, digital transformation, and product-led growth EXECUTION OWNERSHIP

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations

Work closely with engineering teams to drive end-to-end delivery, from ideation to release

Ensure high-quality requirement articulation (user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows) STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Act as the primary interface between business, technology, and leadership teams

Drive decision-making forums, product reviews, and executive updates

Manage competing priorities and align stakeholders toward measurable outcomes PRODUCT EXCELLENCE & GOVERNANCE

Establish and enforce product management best practices, including backlog hygiene, sprint planning, and release governance

Define and track KPIs, product metrics, and business impact

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement TOOLS & ECOSYSTEM

Leverage modern product and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Azure DevOps, Productboard, etc.

Drive adoption of data-driven product decisions using analytics platforms
