Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to design and develop AI-powered solutions using Azure AI services and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, Azure AI Foundry, REST APIs, NLP, and system architecture. This role requires independent decision-making, solution design, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
•8+ years of professional experience developing applications using Python.
•Proven experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions.
•Strong hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Services.
•Solid knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI technologies.
•Experience building scalable, high-performance AI applications with minimal latency.
•Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, including design, development, and integration.
•Ability to work independently, provide technical leadership, and make sound architectural decisions.
•Excellent technical documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Technical Experience
Azure AI & Large Language Model (LLM) Development
Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:
•Integrating Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI APIs into enterprise applications.
•Developing and consuming AI-powered REST APIs.
•Building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade Generative AI solutions.
Structured Data Generation
•Transforming unstructured content into structured JSON or other machine-readable formats.
•Leveraging Azure AI capabilities for structured output generation.
•Designing and implementing automated data extraction and processing pipelines.
Generative AI Performance Optimization
•Optimizing LLM context management and prompt design.
•Monitoring and reducing token consumption for cost and performance efficiency.
•Applying prompt engineering best practices to improve response quality.
•Enhancing inference speed for real-time AI applications.
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
•Implementing keyword and entity extraction.
•Developing intent recognition and text classification models.
•Working with text embeddings and semantic search techniques.
•Applying Bag-of-Words and other NLP methodologies.
•Measuring semantic similarity between textual data.
•Analyzing conversational interactions, including customer calls, meeting transcripts, or debate discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
•Traditional Machine Learning and predictive modeling techniques.
•Data analytics, data science, and model development workflows.
•Azure cloud networking, identity management, and security best practices.
•Multi-cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
•Handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in compliance with security and privacy standards.
•Secure AI application development and governance.
•Experience developing solutions for highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government.
