Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior UiPath Developer / Lead with 12+ years of overall IT experience, strong UiPath/RPA development expertise, Project Management experience, and a solid background in the Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Lead UiPath RPA development, automation design, implementation, and deployment.
Manage and deliver automation projects from requirements through production.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define automation solutions.
Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and RPA best practices.
Hands-on experience in Insurance domain processes, workflows, and applications.
Experience leading development teams and coordinating project activities.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, project planning, and delivery management.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing UiPath automations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
