We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to oversee the delivery of complex, cutting-edge Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives for a leading Health & Life Sciences organization in New York, NY. Working within our Program, Project & Service Management practice, you will partner across product, data, engineering, and business leadership to drive core AI capabilities that enhance health and well-being services.

responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of complex Enterprise AI and Agentic AI projects.
- Develop integrated project schedules, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage scope across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across business, engineering, product, and data groups.
- Establish governance frameworks, delivery cadences, stakeholder updates, and progress reporting.
- Support post-launch transitions, operational readiness, and user implementation activities.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
3+ years of formal Project/Program Management experience driving complex technology implementations.
3+ years of direct experience leading projects focused on Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities.
Demonstrated mastery in scope management, project planning, and cross-functional governance.
Ability to work on-site in New York, NY 3 days per week (Hybrid).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with Agentic Design patterns, Agent Orchestration, and AI Agent frameworks.
Previous experience within the Health & Life Sciences industry.
Strong executive communication, advisory, and stakeholder influence skills.
