Summary
Technical Program Manager
Introduction:
This role combines technical program management and quality engineering leadership for work across distributed payments components and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning teams around XML/JSON message contracts, facilitating Agile/Scrum execution, and using Copilot for prompt analysis, problem assessment, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Work on distributed payments components and integrations.
- Align teams around XML/JSON message contracts.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum execution.
- Utilize Copilot for prompt analysis, problem assessment, and documentation.
- Coordinate work across multiple teams for technical program/project management.
- Collaborate effectively with QE and engineering teams.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in payments applications and understands the business.
- Knowledge of key technology components with a focus on distributed systems.
- Familiarity with XML and JSON message contracts.
- Strong Agile skills, including practical Scrum Master capability.
- Technical program/project management skills to coordinate work across multiple teams.
- Ability to work with QA test automation tools and collaborate effectively with QE and engineering.
- Versatility with Copilot and prompting to quickly perform analysis and suggest solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hybrid TPM/QE roles supporting both delivery execution and quality practices.
- Experience in integration-heavy Payments environments involving distributed services and message-based interfaces.
