IT Applications Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in White Plains, NY that is seeking an IT Applications Analyst for a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on support for core applications, including ERP (Infor SyteLine), EDI (SPS Commerce), Tableau, and ChatGPT Enterprise
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth daily operations
* Assist with ERP upgrades, patch cycles, and integration projects
* Support cloud migration initiatives (AWS) and ERP modernization efforts
* Collaborate with vendors and managed service providers to deliver high-quality solutions
* Partner with business teams to ensure accurate data flows and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* 2+ years of experience with ERP systems (SyteLine preferred) and SQL
* Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
* Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID/AD)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments

Bonus Points:
* Experience in application development
* Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
* Knowledge of integration tools and reporting platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
