Summary
The Client Partner will own senior‑level client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure successful delivery of digital, data, and technology initiatives. This role combines strategic account management, consultative engagement, and revenue ownership for key enterprise clients in the Atlanta region.
Key Responsibilities
Account Leadership - Serve as the primary executive‑level point of contact for assigned clients; build long‑term, trusted relationships.
Growth & Revenue Ownership - Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities; manage account P&L; drive YoY revenue expansion.
Strategic Advisory - Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable technology and data solutions.
Delivery Oversight - Partner with delivery teams to ensure high‑quality execution, risk management, and client satisfaction.
Proposal & Contract Management - Lead SOW creation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work closely with practice leaders, solution architects, and delivery managers to shape winning solutions.
Market & Industry Insight - Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to client needs.
Required Qualifications
9 to 18 years of experience in client management, account ownership, or consulting roles.
Proven success managing $3M–$10M+ portfolios in IT services, digital transformation, data engineering, or analytics.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Application Development).
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex delivery engagements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
Ability to travel to client sites in Atlanta and surrounding regions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large enterprise clients.
Background in consulting, digital engineering, or data‑driven transformation programs.
Prior experience in a P&L‑owning role.
MBA or equivalent business/technology education.
Work Location
Atlanta, GA (Remote‑First)
Travel for client meetings, QBRs, and strategic workshops as required.
