Job Title: UI/UX - UX Researcher IV

Job Description: UX Researcher with 8+ years of experience in qualitative research primarily in enterprise/B2B products, AI-native research workflows, financial or operational workflow research, stakeholder management, and flexible cross-domain deployment.

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to support our Enterprise Products research team during a planned leave coverage period. This role will primarily focus on conducting qualitative research for internal financial tools — including planning, budgeting, and procurement workflows — with the flexibility to support other enterprise product areas based on business priorities.

The ideal candidate is a self-directed researcher who can ramp quickly into unfamiliar product domains, manage multiple stakeholder relationships independently, and integrate AI tools into their research workflow for analysis and synthesis.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct qualitative research studies (interviews, usability testing, concept testing) for enterprise financial and operational tools
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders
- Manage research priorities across multiple product areas with minimal oversight
- Use AI-assisted tools as part of a modern research workflow for analysis, synthesis, and operations

Must have Skills:
Strong Stakeholder Management
AI native workflows
Strong knowledge of AI - assisted research tools (Claude, notebookLM, Qual studies, interviews, testing)
Enterprise products in business systems landscape (instead of like main financial planning), Finance or supply chain -Financial planning, procurement
Flexible and can pivot (mentality)

Requirements:
- 8+ years of UX research experience, minimum BS required
- Experience researching complex workflows such as budgeting, forecasting, spend management, or procurement
- Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly across unfamiliar product domains
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfort with AI-assisted research tools (e.g., large language models, automated analysis)
