Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Partner Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Handle a broad range of complex litigation matters, including trials in state and federal courts.
2. Provide expert legal advice in real estate litigation and regulatory matters.
3. Drive business development efforts, including building and maintaining client relationships, and expand the firm's book of business.
4. Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm's practice areas.
5. Work collaboratively with other partners, associates, and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
6. Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the firm, encouraging innovative thinking and practice growth.
7. Share in the responsibilities of managing the firm as a shareholder and principal.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Partner Attorney position should possess the following:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, with a strong record of handling complex litigation.
4. Proven experience in real estate litigation, regulatory matters, and business and commercial law.
5. Demonstrated success in business development and practice growth.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
9. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and cases.
11. Proven track record as a lateral partner, shareholder, or principal is highly desirable.
12. Previous experience in both state and federal courts, as well as civil litigation, is essential.
