Our client, a mutual benefit corporation and health plan provider, seeks an accomplished Salesforce Administrator.

Notes:
- Pay Rate: $55.00/hr on W2.
- This is a primarily remote role. Occasional travel to the nearby client location may be required for meetings and other work-related activities.
Description:
- The System Administrator will report to the Platform Admin Team Manager.
- In this role you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing future state designs, writing user stories, and more across various business areas.
- This is a hands-on position.
- Lead the analysis of hard to complex business level requirements/user stories to translate into platform solutions and configuration with limited or no supervision.
- Provide input in cross-functional sessions to assess requirements and propose out-of-the-box platform solution options.
- Ensure traceability of solutions back to performance goals and metrics.
- Define and configure prototype solutions.
- Responsible for configuration and quality assurance of low to moderately complex solutions using best practice and low-code platform configuration.
- Facilitate troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to meet SLAs.
- Act as the liaison between IT and business areas in support of extensions and service packs.
- Provide platform administration to support day-to-day operations including end user support, user access management, system configuration, and platform performance in partnership with IT.
- Support the efforts of Internal Audit and Compliance with regards to their requirements from the supported platforms.
- Continually evaluate and analyze systems applications and make recommendations for improvements and modifications to ensure optimum functioning of implemented systems.
- Leverage agile methodology and skill in business solution design to drive business requirements workshops and story writing.
- Look to understand and improve business process rather than simple lift and shift approaches.
- Conduct testing to validate the Salesforce platform is functioning as expected.
- Research, advise, and document on best practices for Salesforce solutions and remain current on Salesforce.com releases and new features.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Requires a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Certification. Additional Salesforce certification – preferred.
- Requires advanced knowledge in the Salesforce software platform and a minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
- Requires experience in platform administration, solutioning, configuration, product management or technology implementation using agile development life cycle (SDLC) protocols.
- Experience using source control tools, such as GIT, Bitbucket, Visual Studio, Flosum, etc.
- 2 years Salesforce System Administrator experience.
- Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Communication.
- Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, flow and process diagramming presentations, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with agile methodologies and release tools preferred.
- Experience with data analytics preferred.
- Experience with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Healthcare industry platforms.
- Experience with Flosum, Git, Copado, or Salesforce DevOps tooling
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II or Platform App Builder Certification.
