Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive technical strategy and deliver cloud-native, high-performance financial systems. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of modern frontend experiences and highly resilient backend microservices.

You will lead a high-performing engineering squad, championing clean code (SOLID principles), robust CI/CD automation, and modern architectural patterns. This role is tailored for a technical trailblazer with a deep history in .NET Core and Angular/React, who is passionate about navigating complex enterprise migrations to the cloud (AWS).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Code: Design and implement highly scalable, extensible, and testable full-stack systems using ASP.NET Core, C#, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React.

• Lead & Mentor: Act as a hands-on Technical Lead, mentoring junior/mid-level engineers, running design reviews, and promoting a culture of technical excellence and shared ownership.

• Enterprise Modernization: Drive the evolution of legacy applications to AWS cloud-native microservices, optimizing system performance and containerizing workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

• DevOps & Automation: Champion "You Build, You Own" (YBYO) by building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions).

• Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Security, Risk, and QA teams to translate complex business requirements into clean, low-latency APIs and secure financial data workflows.

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years acting as a Tech Lead / Senior Developer in an enterprise Agile/Scrum environment.

• Core Backend: Exceptional proficiency in C#, .NET Core (6/8), Web API / RESTful APIs, and SQL Server.

• Strong foundation in securing financial microservices, utilizing JWT, OAuth2, mutual TLS (mTLS), and automated security scanning.

• Experience utilizing and configuring developer-focused GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and building agentic coding workflows.

• Core Frontend: Strong, hands-on experience in Angular (TypeScript) or React, combined with HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.

• Database & ORM: Advanced relational database design (SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework Core).
