We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to drive the development and testing of web-based applications within our Products division. You will act as a subject matter expert, leading a collaborative team to deliver high-performance web solutions and technical specifications.

responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of web interfaces using Oracle technologies.
- Develop and document technical specifications for diverse site components.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to provide technical solutions and drive project decisions.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and responsiveness.
qualifications:
5-7 years of experience with Oracle Retail Cloud (MFCS, SIOCS, RPCS, or ReIM).
Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL programming.
Proven experience leading technical teams and managing application lifecycles.
