Summary

Job Title: D365 CE / CRM Architect

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the Unified Experience Layer for the Skylark platform (Client's digital transformation platform/program name) using Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, and Power Platform technologies.
Define and establish a scalable, secure, and extensible CRM architecture that supports multiple brands, business units, and customer engagement channels across the enterprise.
Design and govern enterprise CRM data models, customer domain entities, relationship structures, and data management standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
Drive the integration strategy between Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), orchestration services, and other enterprise applications using API-led and event-driven architecture patterns.
Establish CRM solution design standards, architecture principles, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term platform sustainability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, enterprise architects, and delivery teams during the mobilization phase to define CRM-led customer experience patterns, roadmap priorities, and implementation approaches across the platform.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
