Job Summary

We are seeking an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Interface Systems Analyst to support the coordination and management of electronic data exchanges across enterprise systems. This role involves working with multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration, including batch, real-time, and near real-time exchanges.

The analyst will be responsible for analyzing data structures, guiding data mapping, reviewing configurations, and supporting interface and end-to-end testing. This position requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, design elements, and system changes.
• Analyze data structures and provide guidance on data mapping and transformations.
• Review configurations and code supporting data exchanges between various systems and trading partners.
• Understand and manage interface workflows, file transfers (SFTP/HTTPS), and system integration points.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test data for interface, trading partner, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate and lead testing efforts across multiple systems and vendors.
• Monitor testing schedules, track progress, and communicate risks or issues proactively.
• Lead defect triage sessions and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Act as a liaison between vendors, business users, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalations.
• Perform interface testing and validate integration behaviors across file transfers and system handoffs.
• Prepare and deliver test results, execution metrics, and summary reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, issue tracking, and resolution management.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience working with business and technical teams on system requirements and changes.
• Experience analyzing data structures and performing data mapping.
• Solid understanding of interface workflows, system integrations, and file transfer protocols (SFTP/HTTPS).
• Extensive experience coordinating and executing interface, trading partner, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to report progress and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and work independently.
• Experience tracking progress, managing risks, and communicating issues effectively.
• Experience performing interface testing and validating integration behavior.
• Experience leading defect triage and defect management processes.
• Ability to prepare and present test reports and execution metrics.
• Strong understanding of EDI transactions and standards.
