Our client is looking for an experienced Program Manager – Data & GIS Governance to support enterprise data management initiatives within a large and complex organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading enterprise data governance programs, data quality remediation, data lifecycle management, metadata management, master data management, and data stewardship initiatives.

Required Experience

• 13+ years of overall professional experience

• 8+ years of Data Governance experience

• 8+ years of Data Quality remediation & enhancement experience

• 5+ years of Data Lifecycle Management experience

• 5+ years of ArcGIS experience

• 5+ years of Safe Software FME experience

• Strong enterprise data program leadership experience

• Experience with metadata management, data dictionaries, data classification, and data documentation

• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

• Demonstrated experience managing complex data programs

Desired

• Government, transportation, DOT, or similarly large enterprise experience

• GIS/Geospatial Data Governance experience

• Master Data Management experience
