Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM ETL Technical Architect with a strong background in the Healthcare industry to lead enterprise master data management and data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable Informatica MDM and Informatica PowerCenter solutions while supporting large-scale healthcare data ecosystems. This role requires hands-on architecture, ETL development expertise, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality data governance and integration solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), ETL Development, Data Integration, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Strong healthcare industry experience working with member, patient, provider, claims, clinical, or payer data.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing ETL mappings, mapplets, workflows, sessions, and transformations using Informatica.
  • Expertise in scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning Informatica jobs.
  • Deep understanding of data quality, data governance, and master data management best practices.
  • Strong SQL development and database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other enterprise databases.
  • Experience integrating data across multiple source and target systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement enterprise-wide Informatica MDM solutions for healthcare data domains.
  • Design and develop scalable ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Create and maintain mappings, workflows, reusable transformations, and data integration frameworks.
  • Lead data modeling, data quality, matching, merging, and survivorship rule implementation within Informatica MDM.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and application teams to define MDM and integration strategies.
  • Optimize ETL processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data integration and master data management.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, governance policies, and security requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
  • Support deployment, migration, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Healthcare Payer or Healthcare Provider organizations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, or EDI X12.
  • Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Informatica certifications are highly preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with healthcare member and provider master data management programs.
  • Exposure to enterprise data warehouses and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with API integrations and modern data architectures.
