The Information Security Analyst is responsible for managing a high-volume pipeline of privileged access requests for non-human service accounts. This role focuses on validating eligibility, onboarding accounts into CyberArk, maintaining lifecycle controls, supporting audits, and ensuring strict compliance with security policies. The position requires strong analytical thinking, operational discipline, and attention to detail to manage a significant number of requests while partnering with application owners to enforce privileged access management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of JIRA tickets monthly for service account requests.
- Review and validate service account requests for eligibility for CyberArk vaulting.
- Perform password vaulting operations, including securing privileged credentials, managing password rotation, and validating permissions.
- Cross-reference source files, data repositories, and procedural documents to validate account details before onboarding.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CyberArk onboarding, access failures, policy enforcement, or account synchronization.
- Support operational reporting using Tableau dashboards and Excel-based analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support audit inquiries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of vaulting procedures and workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Cybersecurity Operations.
- Strong experience managing non-human or service accounts at an enterprise scale.
- Deep understanding of password vaulting concepts including secure credential storage, automated rotation, least privilege access, audit logging, and credential injection.
- Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM platforms such as CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Power Query for large dataset manipulation.
- Experience using Tableau for dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, process-driven operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct, hands-on CyberArk experience with vaulting, onboarding, rotation, and policy enforcement.
- Experience supporting PAM modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with SOX, FFIEC, ISO, or similar compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Prior experience in a large enterprise or financial services environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $53.00 and $57.00 per hour.
