Summary

Role Overview 
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer / Administrator to support and enhance integrations between ServiceNow and Workday. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules, integration frameworks, and enterprise HR system integrations, particularly Workday.
 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and Workday.

Configure and administer ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).

Develop and maintain integration components using:

REST / SOAP APIs

IntegrationHub

Scripted Web Services

Build and maintain data synchronization workflows between HR and IT systems.

Support user provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding automation workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data mapping, and performance issues.

Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and instance management activities.

Document integration architecture, technical design, and operational procedures.

Work closely with HRIS, Security, and IT Operations teams.

Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and governance standards.

 Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

Proven experience working with Workday integrations (HR, employee lifecycle data, or provisioning).

Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API).

Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, Basic Auth, Certificates).

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

 Nice to Have

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM).

Knowledge of Identity and Access Management integrations.

Experience with data transformation and ETL concepts.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
