Job : Help Desk Analyst
Location : Harrisburg PA
The Help Desk Analyst works in a call center environment. They answer phone calls and emails from users and help them with login issues, password resets, and application-related problems. They escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when needed.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls and emails from users.
Help users with login issues and password resets.
Assist users in navigating business applications.
Identify whether the issue is related to hardware or software.
Log issues in the tracking system.
Escalate issues according to procedures.
Guide users through troubleshooting steps.
Research problems using technical databases.
Provide timely and accurate updates to users.
Follow company quality standards.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Track and report time spent on tasks.
Complete assigned tasks on time.
