Title: Oracle ERP Data Conversion Specialist

Job Description:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor s degree in Information Systems/Technology or a related field preferred.
5+ years utilizing Oracle conversion/import methods, including FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, Oracle Visual Builder Add-in for Excel, and Import Objects.
5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
Strong, proven hands-on experience with conversion objects, including Customers, AR Invoices, AP Invoices, Project Tasks, Contract Lines, Project Contract Billing, Suppliers, and Banks.
Functional knowledge of target modules for data conversion, including core Financials, AP, AR, PPM, and HCM (core HR, OTL, Payroll, Absences).
Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM.
Technical knowledge of underlying and supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables.
Relevant Oracle certifications (if available) are a plus but not required.
Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably within the Healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
Strong hands-on experience creating PL/SQL queries, packages, and stored procedures to develop conversion scripts and load flat files into HDL and FBDI.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Execute tasks in support of the data migration strategy, working closely with functional, conversion, and development teams and leads.
Conduct data mapping sessions with functional and technical users.
Provide guidance on data cleansing activities.
Utilize existing Oracle ERP import formats to transform historical data and load into Oracle HCM.
Ensure appropriate error handling, logging mechanisms, and troubleshooting capabilities are in place for conversion failures.
Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source data.
Create validation and reconciliation reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and post go-live validation.
Adhere to data conversion best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
