Production Operator(Folder/Ripper)

Job Title: Production Operator(Folder/Ripper)
Duration: 6 months, could be temp to perm (as per business needs)
Location - Fontana California 92337
Schedule: Work Schedule would be 2pm to 10pm ( clock out for 1/2 hour meal break) Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $20
2nd shift
 
Task: Using gloved hands, manually folds roof ridges. (no tools or machinery)
 
As a reminder, please ensure they wear proper dress:
 - Wear their own steel-toed boots.
  - Wear long pants and a long-sleeve shirt with at least a 35% cotton blend.
  - Bring and wear the site-provided hard hat and safety glasses.
 
If workers arrive without the proper PPE for their shift, they will be sent home without exception. Thank you for your immediate cooperation in ensuring a safe workplace.
 
Production target for Rippers/Folder is 12 boxes per hour. Failure to meet the production target (12 boxes per hour).
 
Production Operator performs work that is required to manufacture shingle products, along with related safety, housekeeping, shut down, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work. Key Roles: Work safely. Avoid at-risk behaviors at all times. Use standard procedures and technical training
