Summary

Title: IAM BA

Location: 2 days a week onsite in Arlington, TX

Type: Contract

W2 Role

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Business Roles and access templates.
Perform role mining, role analysis, and RBAC optimization activities.
Partner with business leaders and application owners to define, update, and govern role structures.
Support access certifications and business role reviews.
Maintain role documentation, governance processes, and reporting.
Analyze entitlement and access data to identify opportunities for role consolidation and automation.
Support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) role management initiatives.
Assist with compliance, audit requests, and access governance activities.

Desired Experience

5+ years of IAM experience.
Strong RBAC / Role Engineering background.
Strong presentation skills to work with business stakeholders and leadership
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience.
Access Certifications, Entitlement Management, and Access Request processes.
Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience working with large enterprise IAM programs.
