Multimedia Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Multimedia Specialist in San Antonio, TX.

Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist to create and refine explainer video content. This individual will transform approved video scripts and business requirements into compelling, polished multimedia experiences while ensuring all deliverables align with established brand standards. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with video editing, motion graphics, and Adobe Creative Cloud, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create and refine engaging explainer videos highlighting products, services, and programs for use across .com and mobile applications
* Transform video scripts, concepts, and business requirements into polished multimedia content
* Develop motion graphics, animations, visual elements, and edited video content using Adobe Creative Cloud applications
* Use Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and other visual effects
* Use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit and assemble video content into professional final presentations
* Use Adobe Illustrator to develop and refine graphic assets for incorporation into video content
* Work directly with subject matter experts and business clients to understand project objectives, requirements, feedback, and expected deliverables
* Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make revisions throughout the creative process
* Ensure completed multimedia assets consistently meet brand standards and business requirements
* Manage multiple creative assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality

REQUIREMENTS:
Video Editing & Motion Graphics - Minimum 2 years:
* Demonstrated professional experience creating and editing video content
* Strong motion graphics skills with the ability to turn scripts and concepts into visually engaging explainer videos

Adobe Creative Cloud - Minimum 2 years:
* Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications used for video, animation, and graphic design
* Required tools include Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator

Business & Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Experience working directly with subject matter experts and business clients to understand project requirements
* Ability to translate business needs and feedback into effective creative solutions

Required Technology:
* Adobe After Effects
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe Illustrator

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience creating multimedia or explainer-video content for websites and/or mobile applications
* Experience working directly with business clients and cross-functional stakeholders
* Additional Adobe Creative Cloud experience, particularly Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe certifications in applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator are a plus

Portfolio Requirement:
* All candidates must provide a portfolio or demo reel for review
* The portfolio should demonstrate relevant video-editing, motion-graphics, animation, and multimedia-production capabilities; Samples of explainer videos or similar business-focused digital content will be particularly helpful in evaluating alignment with the role

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The strongest candidate will be a hands-on multimedia professional who combines creative design skills with strong technical video-production capabilities. They should be comfortable taking a project from an approved script or business requirement through editing, motion graphics, refinement, stakeholder feedback, and final delivery.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
