Our health care client is seeking a ServiceNow Program Manager to lead and coordinate a large, multi-year ServiceNow implementation spanning multiple modules and enterprise workstreams. This role will provide overall program leadership, ensuring alignment across business, technical, and vendor teams while driving predictable delivery of critical ServiceNow milestones.
The ideal candidate has direct experience managing ServiceNow programs, understands the complexities of platform-based implementations, and can successfully govern phased go-lives involving shared dependencies, integrations, and enterprise change management.
This individual will serve as the central point of accountability for the ServiceNow program, partnering with executive sponsors, platform leadership, architects, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and well-governed rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end ServiceNow program, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
Establish and manage program-level governance, including:
Operating cadence
Status reporting
Risk and issue management
Executive steering updates
Coordinate cross-module dependencies across ServiceNow implementations
Drive alignment between business objectives, technical architecture, and delivery timelines
Partner closely with ServiceNow architects to ensure solutions align with platform strategy and roadmap
Manage vendor and systems integrator performance and deliverables
Own program planning, sequencing, and delivery readiness for major ServiceNow go-lives
Monitor and manage program risks, escalating issues and driving mitigation strategies
Ensure consistent delivery standards across teams, including Agile execution and release coordination
Support organizational readiness activities, including communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement

Required Experience & Qualifications
ServiceNow & Program Management Experience
Proven experience managing enterprise ServiceNow implementation programs (required)
Experience leading multi-module ServiceNow initiatives, such as:
-Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
-HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
-Employee Center
-ITSM (core and Policy & Risk)
-CMDB
Strong understanding of ServiceNow program dependencies, integrations, and release planning
Program & Delivery Skills
8+ years of experience in program or senior project management roles
Experience managing large, enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall, and enterprise governance models
Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership
Certifications (Preferred)
Any ServiceNow cert
PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or similar
ITIL certification
Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) a plus
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Experience using ServiceNow SPM for program planning and reporting
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform upgrades and long-term roadmap planning

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
