Role Overview

We are seeking a Strong Java Integration Developer with deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, Messaging technologies, and Apache Camel. The ideal candidate will design and build robust, scalable integration solutions using Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and modern messaging platforms to support mission-critical enterprise systems.

Must-Have Core Competencies

• Strong expertise in Core Java with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Hands-on experience with the Spring ecosystem including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security
• Proven experience with Apache Camel, including designing and implementing Camel routes, processors, and integration pipelines
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
• Experience with Messaging and Middleware technologies such as JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
• Experience building RESTful services and integrating external systems/APIs

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and support of integration components
• Design, develop, and maintain Apache Camel-based integration routes for reliable data exchange across distributed systems
• Perform advanced debugging, root-cause analysis (RCA), and performance tuning to ensure application stability and scalability
• Integrate third-party libraries, messaging systems, and external APIs to extend application capabilities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders) to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural best practices
• Participate actively in architecture design discussions, design reviews, peer code reviews, and technical documentation
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and system test cases, and support defect resolution through deployment cycles

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
