AI / LLM Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI / LLM Engineer to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Statistical Modeling, and Python development. This role will focus on building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI solutions that leverage modern foundation models and advanced machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for enterprise and domain-specific applications.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI agents.
• Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models to solve predictive, classification, recommendation, and optimization problems.
• Evaluate, monitor, and improve model performance, accuracy, reliability, and fairness.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems and business workflows.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, and industry best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions follow Responsible AI, security, and governance standards.
• Create technical documentation and provide guidance on AI solution architecture and implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern foundation models.
• Strong experience developing and deploying machine learning and statistical models.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and related frameworks.
• Experience with model evaluation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, predictive modeling, feature engineering, and machine learning algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with modern LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and similar foundation models.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, AI agents, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and AI governance frameworks.
