Summary




A New Jersey-based consumer products company is seeking a Program Manager, Business Transformation Operations to join their team in Parsippany, NJ.


About the Opportunity:




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Hybrid (at least 4 days a week onsite)




Responsibilities:




  • Own and maintain the integrated program plan for the SAP S/4HANA business transformation across operations workstreams




  • Coordinate dependencies, milestones, risks, and governance activities across business, SAP, IT, and third-party partners




  • Partner with business owners and process owners to align scope, priorities, success measures, and decision ownership




  • Support business readiness, adoption planning, testing, training, and milestone tracking across the transformation portfolio




  • Prepare executive-ready updates and support cross-functional issue resolution, escalation, and value tracking




Qualifications:




  • 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience





  • Bachelor's Degree





  • Experience supporting SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformations with an operations focus




  • Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators




  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes




  • Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks




  • Direct experience supporting operations business processes in an SAP environment




Desired Skills:




  • Experience with manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse, or transportation business processes




  • Exposure to planning and source-to-pay integration




  • Experience developing executive reporting, steering committee materials, and portfolio governance artifacts
