Overview

The Associate Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. This role analyzes and validates data, supports production workflows, and communicates clearly with internal teams and clients.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, basic SQL knowledge, and excellent communication who want to grow in a data focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and validate data using Excel, SQL Server, and related tools to meet business and client needs
Partner with Client Services and Data Analysts to support production workflows and resolve issues quickly
Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and validations before release
Monitor production processes, identify anomalies, and coordinate resolution
Follow established standards, processes, and departmental policies
Track time, progress, and service requests accurately
Communicate clearly with leadership, Project Managers, and stakeholders
Manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational databases
Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non technical audiences
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a data driven production environment
Familiarity with data quality and governance practices
Experience in a client facing or cross functional role
