Injection Molding Operator - Wilmington, MA (Onsite)

Job Description:

First Shift Hours: 6:45AM-7:15PM

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.

•Prior experience operating injection molding machines of various tonnage required. 

· Strong understanding of injection molding and automated production fundamentals.

· Experience with automation systems, robotic pickers, or vision inspection systems 

· Ability to interpret alarms, warnings, and process signals to make sound first-level decisions. 

· Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and authorized resets within defined limits. 

· Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 13485 is an advantage

Preferred: · TEAM LEAD EXPERINCE IS PREFERRED 

· Experience working in ISO 8 / Class 100,000 cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

· Good written and verbal English communication skills; injection molding skills are a plus Responsibilities · Operate injection molding presses approved SOPs, work instructions, and validated process parameters.

· Operate and monitor robot-arm-based automation systems, including part transfer, CCD vision inspection, air filter insertion, and packaging.

· Perform in-process visual inspection, quality checks; identify trends, recurring defects, and abnormal conditions. · Interpret machine, automation, and vision-system alarms; perform authorized resets and first-level troubleshooting.

· Support mold changeovers, basic setup activities, and preventive maintenance under engineering or maintenance direction

. Operator II also serves as a technical role model on the production floor and provides guidance to Operator I personnel.

Hourly OTBR: 1.5 Hours a week
