Job DetailsThe T&E group carries a national reputation in sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, philanthropists, and entertainers.
What you'll work on:
- Complex estate and gift tax planning
- Trust and estate administration
- Charitable trusts, foundations, family LLCs, and limited partnerships
- Business succession and wealth transfer planning
- Exempt organization matters
- Tax controversy - IRS examinations, Tax Court, federal court representation
Looking For:
- CA Bar Admission
- Trusts and estates experience with depth in both planning and administration
- Open to 2nd year Associates to Of Counsel
