Hybrid Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce / CPQ)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Vancouver, WA that is seeking a hybrid Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce/CPQ).

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise CRM and CPQ initiatives across lead-to-order processes. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to optimize data, reporting, and quoting workflows in a complex, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Senior Business Analyst will analyze and document business requirements for CRM and CPQ solutions
* Support Salesforce administration including data management, security, and reporting
* Partner on CPQ configuration and quote-to-order process improvements
* As a Senior Business Analyst, you will assist with data migration, validation, and quality checks
* Support audit, compliance, and governance activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global deployments and integrations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce and CPQ environments
* Hands-on experience with CRM data models, reporting, and security
* Strong understanding of lead-to-order (L2O) processes

Nice to Have:
* Advanced Salesforce certifications
* CPQ specialist or sales process consulting experience
* Exposure to integration platforms and enterprise reporting tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
