Summary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Tableau Administrator/Developer to join the Information Technology Division. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to provide solutions by leveraging Business Intelligence, data, and technical skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tableau Server configuration, maintenance, administration, and operational support.
  • Provide Tableau Center of Excellence support, user-group management, and stakeholder consultation.
  • Train internal staff on Tableau usage and best practices.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards, reports, and BI content.
  • Consult with business stakeholders on Tableau content development and requirements.
  • Analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions within the Tableau platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence software development and maintenance.
  • At least 2 years of Tableau experience.
  • 1–3 years of Tableau Server administration experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Tableau development, practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, SQL, SaaS, dashboard development, and report design.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Tableau Server and associated Tableau client products.
  • Strong business communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and requirements-analysis abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • Tableau Experience – 2+ years
  • Tableau Server Administration – 1+ year
  • Tableau Development, Practices & Standards – 5+ years
  • Data Modeling / Data Warehousing / Dashboard Development / Report Design – Required
  • Strong written and verbal communication – Required
  • SQL / Data Management / SaaS knowledge – Required
