Job Details
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in industrial equipment or heavy machinery.
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.).
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
