Job Details

Role Name: Mobile Lead Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA or Schaumburg, IL
Duration: 6-12 Months
Lead a team of mobile developers iOS Android and cross platform

Architect and implement scalable mobile solutions using native and hybrid frameworks

Collaborate with product managers designers and backend engineers to define and deliver features

Ensure performance quality and responsiveness of applications

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks

Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and trends

Manage app store submissions and post release support

Drive Agile development practices and CICD processes

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

6 years of experience in mobile development

2 years in a technical leadership role

Proficiency in Swift Kotlin Java React Native or Flutter

Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services

Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
