Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support large-scale enterprise network environments.
Perform network implementation, configuration, and operational support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues through deep analysis and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Execute network changes in accordance with established change management policies.
Monitor network performance and incidents using enterprise monitoring tools and take proactive actions.
Collaborate with service teams to implement and maintain network enhancements.

Required Competencies

Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise networking technologies.
Strong expertise in:
- Extreme Switches
- Extreme Wireless
- Extreme NAC (Network Access Control)
- SD-WAN technologies
Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols, including:
- OSPF
- BGP
- IS-IS
Experience with Azure Networking and troubleshooting cloud-based network issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex incidents.
Proficiency in network monitoring and incident management tools.
Good understanding of client-server architecture and internet technologies.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
