Job Requirement:

Develop concepts and write copy for a wide range of projects. Consult with sales and marketing representatives to obtain information on product or service and obtain requirements including style and length of copy. Edit or rewrite copy as necessary. Prepare articles, bulletins, marketing and promotional material. Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines. Demonstrate creativity ands and the ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium.

              This resource will be responsible for writing content for Claims Digital public website, communication templates, and core experience such as filing a claim and tracking a claim.

What are some job responsibilities specific to your team for this role?

              Content writing for all Claims Digital experiences. Requires working on a cross functional team and facilitating alignment on content experience updates.

              Looking for a candidate with 5+ year’s experience. P&C insurance and claims experience a plus. Prior experience writing for customer/member facing experiences.
