Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS SME with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, implementation, development, and integration.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
  • At least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices.
  • Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Oracle APEX.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB concepts, JSON/XML, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and drive development and deployment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with functional and technical teams to validate requirements, configurations, and solution designs.
