About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure / Platform Engineering Manager to lead the architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement of a hybrid infrastructure environment spanning on-premise data centers and AWS cloud platforms.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of global gaming services and enterprise systems, operating in a 24x7 production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of infrastructure and platform engineers supporting global environments
- Define and execute hybrid infrastructure strategy across on-premise (VMware) and AWS cloud platforms
- Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical production systems
- Oversee capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives
- Partner with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to align infrastructure with business goals
- Implement and enhance monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization across the infrastructure stack
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to improve platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, EKS, S3)
- Deep expertise in on-premise infrastructure, including VMware, compute, and storage systems
- Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong understanding of high-availability architectures and distributed systems
- Experience supporting large-scale, globally distributed environments
