Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst

Position Overview:
- Tri-Force Consulting Services is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to coordinate an Agile software development project involving mobile applications, backend services, cloud infrastructure and enterprise integrations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing technical teams while also being comfortable with requirements gathering, user stories, stakeholder communication and UAT.
Responsibilities
- Manage software development activities across an Agile delivery team.
- Coordinate developers, QA, DevOps and technical leadership.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage project schedule, milestones, dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
- Conduct project status meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Coordinate application demonstrations.
- Track issues, blockers and change requests.
- Coordinate UAT and defect resolution.
- Prepare project status reports and documentation.
- Coordinate deployment and production readiness.
- Support knowledge transfer and project handoff.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of IT project management/business analysis experience.
- Strong software development lifecycle knowledge.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience managing technical development teams.
- Requirements gathering and business analysis.
- User stories and acceptance criteria.
- UAT coordination.
- Risk and issue management.
- Strong stakeholder communication.
- Experience with mobile/web/cloud projects.
- Strong documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM.
- Government/public-sector project experience.
- Azure/cloud project experience.
- API/integration project experience.
- Mobile application development projects.
- WCAG/accessibility project experience.
- Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
