Role Overview
An experienced Agile Project Manager is sought to lead ServiceNow-focused initiatives within a Service Delivery organization. This position requires Agile delivery skills, financial management, and the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams. The role will involve supporting the Service Delivery Organization to ensure service excellence, helping teams ensure the platform exceeds expectations, and driving operational efficiencies across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile teams and facilitate all core ceremonies.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
- Support ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Partner with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Five or more years in Agile project management or Scrum leadership, including experience delivering projects in Service Delivery or IT Operations. Must have financial project tracking experience.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow projects and knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour. Please note that the exact compensation may vary based on factors such as experience and qualifications.
