Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Claims Operations professional with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to manage end-to-end claims processes and oversee operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end claims lifecycle, including FNOL, adjudication, settlement, and closure.
Oversee and coordinate with claims vendors and offshore teams, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.
Act as the primary point of contact for all claims-related processes and escalations.
Monitor claims performance metrics and drive process improvements and cost optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (underwriting, finance, compliance) to streamline operations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to distributed teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) claims operations.
Deep understanding of end-to-end claims processes.
Experience managing vendors and offshore delivery teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple claims workflows and escalations effectively.
