Job Description
We are seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join our platform engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in generative AI, LLM integration, front-end engineering, and production-grade platform development and a proven ability to design, deploy, and scale reliable AI agents and features that accelerate developer productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and refine AI-driven solutions integrating generative AI models and agentic workflows.
- Ensure reliability, explainability, observability, and regulatory compliance for enterprise AI systems.
- Design and build end-to-end production AI systems that integrate ML models, LLMs, and supporting services into scalable applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve advanced technical challenges and optimize platform performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, RAG, or MCP-style integrations.
- Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building internal developer platforms, including design systems, front-end frameworks, serverless services, or enterprise API catalogs.
- Background in observability, model evaluation, and AI safety practices in regulated environments.
