Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for database administration, performance optimization, production support, troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and high availability across enterprise database environments.
 Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra databases.

• Monitor database performance and perform advanced troubleshooting and optimization.

• Manage database backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery processes.

• Ensure database availability, scalability, security, and reliability.

• Perform database upgrades, patching, migrations, and maintenance activities.

• Manage Cassandra clusters, replication, node operations, and performance tuning.

• Troubleshoot complex production database issues and provide L3 support.

• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and engineering teams to resolve database-related issues.

• Implement database best practices and ensure operational stability.

Required Technical Skills
 Oracle DBA

• Oracle database administration and performance tuning.

• RMAN backup and recovery.

• Oracle RAC and Data Guard.

• SQL optimization and production troubleshooting.

PostgreSQL DBA

• PostgreSQL installation, configuration, and administration.

• Query optimization and performance tuning.

• Backup, recovery, replication, and high availability.

Cassandra DBA

• Cassandra cluster administration and monitoring.

• Node management, replication, and partition management.

• Performance tuning and troubleshooting.

• Backup and recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra administration.

• Experience handling complex enterprise database environments.

• Strong L3 production support and incident management experience.

• Knowledge of database security, monitoring, performance optimization, and disaster recovery.

• Experience working in banking or financial services environments is preferred.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Note: Candidates must have practical database administration experience, not just theoretical knowledge of the technologies.
