Position Overview

The IT Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise technology replacement project. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, creating user stories, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and facilitate meetings with business and technical teams.
• Develop business process models, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Partner with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Validate business requirements and ensure solutions meet organizational goals.
• Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Assist with project planning, coordination, risk identification, and status reporting.
• Act as the liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Support SaaS application analysis, configuration, and functional troubleshooting.
• Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience on medium to large-scale IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience facilitating business requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Proven experience creating user stories and functional documentation.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with SaaS applications, including configuration, analysis, and functional troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Understanding of Healthcare Enterprise Systems.
• Experience working on large enterprise modernization or system replacement projects.
