Technical Solutions Consultant

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant II for a remote position with a Leading Technology Firm. This is a contract opportunity with a duration is 8 Months. This is a 100% remote position with EST and PST hours preferred.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical contact for external clients and internal stakeholders. In this expert role, you will specialize in advertising solutions, advising clients on best practices and resolving any technical challenges that arise. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and adept at developing creative solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical contact for external clients and internal stakeholders
• Specialize in the client's advertising solutions, advising on best practices
• Resolve technical challenges for clients as they arise
• Translate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Develop creative solutions to meet client needs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting across the client's advertising and business ecosystem (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDK, Pixel)
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience
• Proven experience in technically troubleshooting various advertising technologies, such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems
• Experience working with web technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs

Desired skills:

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Experience with the client's products
• Experience in client-facing roles
• A foundational understanding of coding (note: writing code is not a requirement for this role)

Pay range: up to $73.50 per hour
