Job Title: Manufacturing Coordinator & Admin Pay Rate: $25.00-28.00/hour Location: Indianapolis, IN 46217 Area Code: 317 Shift: 1st Employment Type: Direct w/ Full Benefits #aerospace #adminjobs #manufacturingjobs Job Summary: This position provides operational support for manufacturing activities through scrap tracking, production reporting, and Material Review Board (MRB) coordination. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate data and documentation, supporting nonconforming material processing, and working cross-functionally to improve operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Track and maintain manufacturing scrap records and reporting. * Analyze scrap trends and support investigations with Manufacturing Engineering. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. * Track evaluation parts and engineering investigations. * Support continuous improvement efforts through data collection and analysis. * Coordinate MRB activities, including organization, tracking, and processing of nonconforming material. * Maintain accurate documentation and system records. * Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure timely material disposition. * Support special projects and administrative activities as needed. Core Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, inventory, engineering support, or a related environment. * Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and data management abilities. * Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. * Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. * Due to the nature of hte work ship is required. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. * Experience with MRB processes, nonconforming material, or quality systems. * ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar). * Familiarity with manufacturing operations, production reporting, and Lean/Continuous Improvement principles. * Aerospace, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing experience. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $25.00-28.00 per hour.
