Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong functional and technical expertise across PeopleSoft Financials modules including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Treasury, Project Costing (PC), Travel & Expenses (T&E), Banking, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions, build new integrations, and implement enhancements within the PeopleSoft Financials ecosystem.
• Partner with business users to analyze requirements, prepare functional/technical designs, test scripts, and deliver scalable PeopleSoft solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Conduct impact analysis, fit-gap assessments, and recommend optimal functional and technical solutions.
• Design and implement new functionalities, enhancements, customizations, and complex integrations.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Security, Roles, Permissions, and AWE Workflow.
• Good SQL/PLSQL skills with knowledge of underlying database architecture.
• Build secure, compliant solutions following PeopleSoft development standards.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades/migrations (PUM Images, PeopleTools Upgrades).
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Autosys experience and JIL scripting are a plus.
