Role: Sr. CLM QA Engineer (Sirion, Icertis, Agiloft, Ironclad, Conga, DocuSign CLM)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Own quality for the migration: prove the data landed correctly in Sirion, the configuration behaves to spec, and integrations move contract data without loss. Migration QA is the core of the role; functional QA is secondary.
What you’ll do
• Define the test strategy across data migration, functional config, and integrations.
• Build and run migration reconciliation: row counts, field-level matching, obligation and SLA term integrity between legacy and Sirion. Flag what failed to map and why.
• Write and execute functional test cases against the BA’s acceptance criteria (authoring, workflows, obligation tracking, SLA / service-credit logic).
• Test integrations to ERP / CRM and e-signature: confirm data flows both directions, error handling works, nothing drops silently.
• Run regression across migration cycles; track defects to closure; report cutover readiness with evidence, not opinion.
• Coordinate UAT with business users and consolidate sign-off.
Required experience
• QA experience with real data-migration testing, ideally on CLM, contract, procurement, or other enterprise data platforms.
• Reconciliation and data-validation skill: SQL or equivalent to compare source and target at field level.
• Functional testing of configurable enterprise apps; disciplined defect management.
• CLM exposure helps (Sirion, Icertis, Agiloft, Ironclad, Conga, DocuSign CLM), but migration and integration test depth outranks tool brand here.
• API / integration testing (Postman or similar).
Preferred
• Prior Sirion or other CLM migration project.
• Test automation for regression on enterprise platforms.
• Outsourcing / managed-services contract domain.
