For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22.50 - $27.00 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

As a Software Development Intern a typical week might include: - Collaborating with your team on creating a demo control system or creating reporting dashboards using APIs across multiple systems [Tags: Control Engineering, APIs, Python]
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and presenting your ideas
- Supporting R&D with data analysis, research, or process improvements
- Attending intern-exclusive workshops, networking events, and leadership panels
- Receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager
Who You'll Work With The Software Development/AI Intern will report to a Director, Technical Product Management and collaborate closely with Research and Development. You'll also connect with interns across NAM through our intern community and events.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Currently pursuing a Undergraduate degree in Computer Science /Robotics/Process Control
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, or technology is a plus!
